Do I need to claim my listing to receive enquiries?
No. Independently researched listings receive enquiries the same way claimed ones do. Claiming adds direct edit access and enquiry visibility, nothing more.
Is PhinisiGO exclusive?
No. There is no exclusivity requirement to be listed with PhinisiGO.
Do I need to change how I take bookings?
Your booking process changes in one respect: PhinisiGO now collects the traveller's payment directly and confirms the booking once it is received, then settles your share after commission. Your team still handles the quotation, agreement and trip preparation.
What does claiming actually change?
Nothing about your visibility or whether you receive enquiries. It gives you the ability to edit your own listing directly and see which enquiries came from PhinisiGO.
Are there any fees to be listed?
No monthly subscription and no listing fee. Claiming and managing your profile is free. Your accounting for other channels stays the same, and PhinisiGO settles your share of any PhinisiGO booking after commission, once payment is received.
How long does claiming take?
Most operators complete the process, finding their listing, verifying their business email, and confirming with a one-time code, in a few minutes.
